Teachers printing at a Teacher Open House

Teacher Programs
Andy Warhol's work in many disciplines uniquely situates the museum to explore interdisciplinary connections and the nature of the creative process through the template of a single artist's work. This meets the interests of a cultural and educational climate drawn increasingly to interdisciplinary focuses and addresses the needs of school curriculums striving to emphasize cross-curricular lesson planning. Teacher programs include an annual teacher open house in the fall, teacher inservices, and teacher advisory team. Participants in all programs are eligible to receive Pennsylvania Act 48 credit

Teacher In-Services
In-services are available for K-12 teachers of all disciplines. In-services take place either at the Museum or at your school. Full or half-day in-services are available. In-services feature: hands-on activities and ready-to-use lesson plans, creative and new ways to strengthen art curriculum, cross-curriculum connections and resource materials.
