Create. Publish. Distribute. Urban Interview, based on Andy Warhol’s Interview Magazine, serves as a voice for Pittsburgh’s youth. Past articles have included fiction pieces about acrobats, interviews with video game and fashion designers, tales of high school football triumph, and much, much more. Any questions about the program, including how to get involved can be forwarded to either Mary Tremonte (tremontem@warhol.org) or Ian Kazimer (kazimerl@warhol.org) In addition to publishing Urban Interview (5.7MB PDF), a magazine inspired by Warhol's Interview, this year student workers also learned how to make hand-made zines, silkscreens, web pages, radio shows and podcasts.
