Museum admission provides access to seven floors of art and archives, rotating exhibitions, free daily events, and more.

Admission

Tickets can be purchased in advance online or at the museum.

Members receive free admission all year long.

Join us every Friday for “Good Fridays” when the museum is open late until 10 p.m.

 

Online Gift Cards are available to purchase admissions, camps, classes, ticketed events, store items, and memberships.

Closures and Special Hours

  • May 5 Open special hours*: 12pm - 5pm
  • May 17 Open special hours: 10am - 5pm
  • November 28 Closed for Thanksgiving
  • December 25 Closed for Christmas
  • January 1 Closed for New Year's Day

* On Saturday May 4th and Sunday May 5th the city will host the Pittsburgh Marathon. Road closures and detours are expected throughout the city.

May 4th: Our parking lot may have limited or no access in the morning.

May 5th: The museum will open at 12pm (noon) due to road closures in the area.
