Join us for a discussion with Milton Fine Curator of Art, Nicholas Chambers, and Lesley Frowick, Halston’s niece and co-curator of Halston and Warhol: Silver and Suede. Frowick brings the unique perspective of working closely with her uncle and his frenetic, high fashion milieu in the 1980s. Currently Frowick is a free-lance photographer, completing a biography on the life of Halston to be published by Rizzoli Fall 2014, and working in the National Geographic Creative division at NatGeo.
This program is presented in connection with the exhibition, Halston and Warhol: Silver and Suede on view May 18 – August, 24 2014 at The Warhol.
Please note that seating for this discussion is on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors open at 6:30pm.
