The Warhol takes visitor and staff health and safety seriously. In an abundance of caution, the Sound Series: An Evening with Vieux Farka Touré concert has been moved to Wednesday, March 17, 2021. If you purchased a ticket and still plan on attending, hold tight. We will be in contact as soon as possible with your updated ticket. If you can not attend on the rescheduled date, please give us a call at 412.237.8354 and we will work to refund ticket(s) as soon as possible.

We welcome back Malian singer and guitarist, Vieux Farka Touré. The son of Grammy-winning musician Ali Farka Touré, Vieux's globally-minded music blends traditional African melodies and instrumentation with modern electric guitar and rock structures. His 2017 release, Samba (meaning second son in his native Songhai) was recorded in front of a live studio audience in Woodstock, New York.

  • Doors open at 7:30 p.m.
  • This performance is primarily standing room only. Limited seating is available upon advance request. We are committed to offering inclusive, engaging experiences for people of all abilities. To request accommodations to enhance your visit, please contact access@warhol.org or call 412.237.8354.
