For a little business and a little pleasure, I traveled recently with Mrs. Kowalski to San Diego for a small gathering of like-minded comic book fans called Comic-Con International.  Evidently, word got out that I would be attending, and 130,000 strangers showed up.  We made the best of it and snagged some exclusives, made some new friends, caught up with old friends, and took in the sights.
