Past Event Forced Entertainment: Tomorrow’s Parties

Two performers stand side-by-side on a dimly lit stage, surrounded by blackness with only a string of multi-colored holiday lights framing them.

Premier U.K. theater collective Forced Entertainment presents a compelling stage performance that imagines a host of hypothetical futures. On a makeshift fairground stage, two performers speculate about what tomorrow might bring—from utopian and dystopian visions to science fiction scenarios, political nightmares, and absurd fantasies. A playful, poignant, and delirious look at futures both possible and impossible, Tomorrow’s Parties is a dramatic take on the Anthropocene.

Tickets for Tomorrow’s Parties are $15 / $12 members & students. We’re offering a ticket deal to attend both Forced Entertainment shows, Tomorrow’s Parties on January 10, and Real Magic on January 11: $20 / $15 Members & students for tickets to both shows.

This performance is co-presented with The New Hazlett Theater and Carnegie Nexus as part of the series Strange Times: Earth in the Age of the Human.
